Andrew M. Martin Company – Additional Charges and Fees

Artwork/Ink Colors
We require camera ready artwork in a resolution of 800 dpi or greater, in actual or 2x actual size. Please send artwork electronically using either Illustrator (AI) or PDF format and include ink color and printer fonts. Minimum font size is 5 points.

New Artwork: $199 per art plate/screen (2 art plates are required for pillow packs with 2 sided printing)

Artwork Changes: $75 per art plate/screen (This fee will occur if artwork changes are made after artwork is submitted to our art department for processing)

Additional Ink Colors (pillow pak only)
• 2 colors- $0.02/unit per side
• 3 colors- $0.04/unit per side
• 4 or more colors- ask Sales Department

Standard Ink Colors: $0.01/unit
PMS Color Matching: $300 

Additional Packaging & Pack Out

Standard Shippers: $1.50/box (Customer may provide their own shippers to avoid this charge)
Non-Standard Shippers: $3.00/box
Dividers: Contact Sales Department for pricing
The following pricing is for all standard additional packing. The prices are subject to change based on time study of additional packaging

<25M: $0.25/unit  >25M: $0.18/unit

Non- standard pack out: $35/hour (Unit price will be based on time study conducted by Andrew M. Martin Company)

Bulk Destruction & Drum/Tote Disposal
All components will be returned with completed order, including empty drums, totes, and pails. Any components left behind will incur the following charges:

Non Hazardous Drum: $125 per drum
Hazardous Drum: $200 per drum
Extreme Hazardous Drum (Paints/Thinners): $500 per drum
Extreme Hazardous Drum (Hydrogen Peroxide): $600 per drum

Non Hazardous Tote:$150
Hazardous Tote: $250
Empty Containers: $50 per container

Storage Fees
Andrew M. Martin Company assumes no liability for customer inventory (post order completion) held on-site for longer than 90 days. Any components left behind after 90 days will be returned to the customer or destroyed at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed to by Andrew M. Martin’s Executive personnel.

Approved Post Completion Inventory Storage Fees: $50 per month

Shipping Policy
Customers will be contacted by customer service upon completion of the customer’s full order. The customer has 5 business days to pick up or coordinate shipping of the completed order with our customer service team. Any orders left at our facility for longer than 5 business days after completion will incur the following fees: $100/day per order

Any exception to this shipping policy needs to be agreed to in writing by Andrew M. Martin’s Executive personnel.

Receiving Policy
All components (bulk, tubes, shippers, ect) must be sent to Andrew M. Martin Company’s receiving department with a detailed packing slip. Any components delivered without a packing slip will NOT be received. The customer’s order(s) will not be processed until proper documentation is sent to our Customer Service team.

Samples
Before an actual production run, Andrew M. Martin Company can conduct a test run of your product to assure compatibility with our packaging process. There is no charge for this test and it takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Please send all sample bulk Attn: Sales Department and let us know what size and package you would like. We will keep some sample packages for in-house testing and send up to 50 samples back to the customer. Additional samples will be made upon request for a nominal fee (ask Sales Department for more information). We encourage customers to run further tests on their own.

Non-standard Service
Please contact the Sales Department for pricing on any non-standard products and/or services.
